Eligibility:
This offer is valid only for customers who are having their vehicle repaired at Emich Collision Center and have a valid insurance claim that includes a deductible payment. The deductible assistance offer applies only to the portion of the deductible due to Emich Collision Center for services rendered. Offer Valid for New Customers only.

Requirements:
To qualify for this offer, the customer must present a valid $500 deductible coupon at the time of the initial consultation. The coupon must be physically or digitally presented to an Emich Collision Center representative during the first in-person estimate or repair intake meeting. Coupons presented at any other time will not be accepted.

Value and Use:
The offer provides up to $500 off the customer's deductible owed to Emich Collision Center only. The value of the coupon cannot exceed the amount of the deductible. If the deductible is less than $500, the coupon will only apply up to that amount. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation. The coupon cannot be used for any services or charges not directly related to the insurance deductible, nor can it be applied toward services not covered under an insurance claim.

Limitations:
One coupon per customer, per repair order. Offer is not valid with any other discounts or promotions, unless explicitly stated by Emich Collision Center. Offer is non-transferable and not valid on prior repairs or estimates completed before the coupon is presented.

General Conditions:
Emich Collision Center reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. All repairs are subject to insurance approval and Emich Collision Center’s standard repair procedures and timelines.

By using this coupon, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions as outlined and acknowledges that the offer complies with applicable laws in the state of Colorado.
