Getting Started
No — you have the right to choose the repair shop you trust. At Emich Collision, we work with all major insurance companies and handle the claims process directly on your behalf.
Call us at (720) 409-5305 and we'll walk you through everything — from filing your insurance claim to scheduling your estimate. You can also book a photo estimate online anytime.
We offer both in-person and photo estimates. For in-person, we recommend calling ahead, but walk-ins are welcome.
Stay safe, document the scene with photos, exchange information with the other driver, and contact your insurance company. Then call Emich Collision.
If your vehicle is drivable and safe, you can bring it in directly. If not, we can help coordinate a tow to our facility.
The Repair Process
Repair times vary. Minor repairs may take a few days, while more extensive repairs could take 1–3 weeks. We'll give you a timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.
Yes — we use genuine OEM factory parts only. No aftermarket or imitation parts. OEM parts ensure your vehicle is restored to its original safety specifications.
We'll document it, contact your insurance company to update the estimate, and keep you informed before any additional work is done.
Our goal is to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition — both structurally and cosmetically — using factory-matched paint and professional finishing techniques.
Absolutely. We follow OEM repair procedures to ensure your vehicle meets or exceeds manufacturer safety standards before it leaves our shop.
Insurance & Payment
Yes. We work directly with all major insurance carriers and handle the communication, documentation, and billing so you don't have to.
We advocate for you. We work to get your vehicle repaired correctly using OEM parts — we don't do what the insurance company wants if it's not in your best interest.
Your deductible is the amount you agreed to pay out-of-pocket per your policy. You'll typically pay it directly to us at pickup. If the other driver was at fault, their insurance may cover the full cost.
Yes! We offer 20% off for self-pay customers. Ask us how to save when you call or come in.
That depends on your policy, the claim type, and whether you were at fault. We recommend speaking with your insurance agent directly about how a claim may affect your rates.
Loaner Cars & Transportation
Yes, loaner cars are available by appointment. Please ask about availability when you schedule your repair.
Many policies include rental reimbursement coverage. If you're covered, we can help coordinate a rental directly through your claim.
We're located at 4201 E Louisiana Ave, Denver, CO 80246. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in our area.

What if the insurance estimate is lower than yours?
4
That’s common. Insurance estimates are often written based on visible damage only. If additional damage is found during disassembly, we submit a supplement to the insurance company to ensure all necessary repairs are covered and completed properly.
You have the right to choose the repair shop you trust — you are not required to use the insurance company’s preferred shop.
You also have the right to a proper repair. That means your vehicle should be repaired using the correct procedures and parts to restore it safely, not just the cheapest option.
You’re entitled to a clear explanation of your coverage, including your deductible and what is or isn’t included in your policy. If additional damage is found during repairs, the insurance company is responsible for reviewing and approving those supplements.
At Emich Collision Center, we help protect your rights by working directly with your insurance company, ensuring repairs are done correctly, and keeping the process clear and straightforward from start to finish.
